Tenzin Dharlo is an Associate Attorney with Garganigo, Goldsmith & Weiss. She first joined the firm as a Legal Assistant in 2018. Ms. Dharlo focuses primarily on employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions and she also prepares family based permanent residence applications and citizenship applications. 
 

While attending law school, Ms. Dharlo participated in an internship with Vera Institute of Justice, Center of Immigration and Justice, where she researched and analyzed Immigration policy. Ms. Dharlo also participated in an Immigration Law Clinic where she interned with an immigration law firm that assisted companies in the financial, entertainment and sports industries.

Ms. Dharlo is admitted to practice as an attorney in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  She is fluent in Tibetan and English.
