We want to remind everyone the USCIS officially opened the H-1B lottery registration period for FY2025 on March 6, 2024 and it will run through noon Eastern on March 22, 2024. We also remind everyone that there are several new steps to this year’s registration process, including the creation of organizational accounts/company groups that will allow multiple people within an organization and their legal representatives to collaborate on and prepare H-1B registrations, H-1B petitions, and any associated Form I-907 for electronic submission as opposed to paper-based filings (which shall remain an option).
Since the registration window is quickly closing and there were USCIS technical issues last year towards the closing of the registration period, we remind you to please let us know of any candidates you wish to sponsor for this year’s H-1B lottery. This will allow GG&W to send you an email with the required information, which will then enable us to review the case in greater detail prior to the e-registration deadline.
