Matthew D. Goldsmith received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002 and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2005.

Mr. Goldsmith is active in all phases of immigration and nationality law, focusing primarily on employment based immigration. He is admitted to practice as an attorney in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association.  He is also an active member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) where he is a member of the Department of Labor Committee, the Young Lawyers Division Committee and the Media Committee.
